For Brides & Moms Is there a wedding in the
future that you want to be in better shape for? Have you been putting off taking better care of yourself because you "don't have time"?
Diane has trained several brides and their moms who want to look the best possible for that special day. The results have been more than they hoped for. The most important result is
that they want to carry it beyond the wedding day. They have learned that taking care of themselves and putting their health on the top of their "To Do" lists is the most important
thing they can do for themselves and their loved ones. Being healthy is the best gift we can give.Sometimes it takes a special occasion to jump start a new lifestyle which includes healthy
living. Fitness and nutrition play a big role in pulling it all together. Having someone to coach you along the way is an invaluable tool to overall healthy living. You owe it to yourself! It's all
on the wheel of the Six Dimensions of Wellness!Alysia says... "I have struggled with my weight for most of my life. I remember always thinking that I would
lose the weight before the next big transition in my life, constant thoughts of 'I will lose weight before …' high school, college, graduate school. Along the way I had success with
losing weight, but was never able to maintain the loss. When it came time to prepare for my wedding, I wanted to look the best possible. For over a year I tried exercise and diets with
limited success. A few months before my wedding my mother gave me a generous gift, twice weekly sessions with Diane. My mother had been working with Diane for months and
thought she could help. I was cautiously optimistic at best. I thought I had done everything possible and that there was no way Diane could make a difference in so little time. I am
happy to report I have never been more wrong… Since working with Diane I cannot count the number of people who have commented on my changing shape. Perhaps the biggest
indicator of the change was when the seamstress was able to remove three inches from the waist of my wedding dress! I look forward to every session with Diane and have continued
training with her after the wedding." |
